Recycling system for waste gypsum boards
The device is low-cost and has inexpensive running costs. The hemihydrate gypsum produced by the hemihydrate gypsum device can be used as a raw material for solidifying agents for soft ground improvement, construction sludge improvement, construction soil improvement, and dredged soil improvement. We are also developing solidifying agents that utilize hemihydrate gypsum.
Crushed separation of waste gypsum boards can be converted into semi-hydrated gypsum on-site.
Crushed and separated waste gypsum boards can be heated at over 120°C for a certain period, resulting in the production of semi-hydrated gypsum through water and hydration reactions. If a generator is mounted on a 4-ton unic truck, processing can be done immediately. The produced semi-hydrated gypsum can be stored by packing it into flexible containers. Semi-hydrated gypsum serves as an excellent solidifying agent when mixed with lime, cement, and other materials. Solidifying agents can be produced on-site for solidification treatment. Technologies for addressing fluoride in gypsum and suppressing hydrogen sulfide generation have also been established. Consulting services for the recycling of waste gypsum boards into solidifying agents that immobilize fluoride and suppress hydrogen sulfide generation are available nationwide in Japan. Each project costs 525,000 yen (excluding consumption tax).
